At 9:08 a.m. on July 18th, 2019, Zhao Yuhai, Chairman of Yihai Group, Commander of Yihai Dabo Resumed production Headquarters, and Deputy Commander Zhang Shaojie pressed the ignition button together, and the furnace ignited smoothly. The former silent factory area displayed great vigor.

Since the demolition of the old melting furnace in October 2018, all the employees of Dabo, together with 's subsidiary Yilida Construction Company, AVIC Special Glass Design Institute, Henan Province Installation Company and the others, have overcome many difficulties, such as old line reconstruction and lack of drawings. It took nine month and a half to rebuild the furnace, and its engineering quality has been recognized by famous experts in the industry, such as Jiang Hong and Xie Lingan.

The group shareholder of Ms. Mu Aina, president Wang Weiliang, executive vice president Wei Yun, vice presidents Zhai Xia and Zhao Liang, as well as leaders of various departments and companies of the group. All members of Yihai Dabo's production resumed production headquarters, management cadres and employee representatives of Yihai Dabo, attended the ceremony of resumed production ceremony.

Silica sand, petroleum coke and other raw materials and fuels enter the plant one after another

Starting from July 19th, 2019, raw materials and fuels, such as silica sand and petroleum coke, have entered the plant one after another. The comrades from the Production Technology Department and the Logistics Center work closely with the raw material workshop, working overtime, and production preparations are being carried out in full swing.

The kiln is proceeding smoothly, and the heat preservation is currently at 150°C

The kiln team of Zhongbei Company and all the colleagues in the joint workshop are fighting on the front line of the kiln. The temperature has been heated to 150°C on July20th, and the temperature has been kept according to the process requirements. Meanwhile,  the temperature would be kept heating till 8:00am July 22^nd. The heating of tin berth has started at 8:18 July 21st, and the work was progressing smoothly.
